Parks and Rec S5 - 95%

The wedding season!

Leslie and Ben have a great wedding episode.
They did a great progression of Leslie in her new role as council woman. Soda tax, sex ed, etc.
Some amazing Ron episodes.
Great side stories with all the characters. Well balanced.

This was a fantastic season and I've got only two to go!

Wonder Woman - 90%

It was well paced and good enough story.

There were a few things I didn't like...
On the boat WW says she read all 12 volumes on pleasure and reproduction and the conclusion was men are necessary for reproduction but not pleasure... Then after a short battle and a slow dance the movie implies that WW and Steve have sex. This destroys her character development and just about breaks the movie.

Most of the time WW was all good when fighting but there were several scenes where she would make the stupidest expressions frozen right in the middle.



But overall I was surprised at how good it was because her debut of in Batman vs Superman.
Batman vs Superman was terrible.

I expected WW to be heavier on the feminism but I believe they hit the mark.

Entertaining..

The 100 S4 - 90%

This has been a great show. Clear direction for each season. Season 4 was a great addition.

There were only 13 episodes so the action level was good.
The fights were good enough. The story was great.

There were a few dumb moments but over all made up for them.

I didn't like some of the music.

Everything felt a little too conveniently timed on the wave.
They basically knew down to the second when it would arrive.

There were several good moments and a great ending.
I like endings that are somewhat open that leave you with a few questions.
When done correctly...

Great show overall. Highly recommend.

John Wick 2 - 80%

Well they tried to just have more of the same without any real progression.
It was just more violence and more mob culture stuff.

I was wanting see some of Wick's history, maybe some character development.
But no, just mindless violence.

I liked the freshness of the chapter 1 but chapter 2 just felt like a setup for 3.

I did like the bounty and seeing Wick have to fight all the random people.

I had high hopes for chapter 2 based on the reviews but I feel it didn't live up to them.

There were so many kills that it began to feel repetitive.
1. Grab / punch the guy who runs up to you and put him in a hold.
2. Shoot about 3 people.
3. Finish the first guy.

That little chain happened again and again.

John Wick 1 - 95%

Nonstop violence. About 84 on screen kills..

In addition to all of that it had:
 - A goofy story that was easy to follow
 - A unique brand of mob culture

My favorite scene was when Jimmy the cop showed up at Wick's house and sees a body and asks if Wick is working again. Wick says he is just sorting some stuff out and the cop smiles and tells him to have a good night.

The concept of the safe ground hotel fun.

It all came together to make a surprisingly entertaining movie

Agrarian Skies 2 Creative

I have played through most of the game on survival but it was all messy / unorganized.
I wanted to go back and play through all the quests setting up systems to beat them on creative.

Rednet Cable 2x3 Door

After building the door setup you have to "force connection" between the cables and the  pressure plates.

1. Set cable to standard connection mode with the wrench



2. With the wrench in hand move the cursor just above the cable and a box outline should appear.
Click to create the connection on the block.



3. Setup the redstone like so. The pressure plates and the torch need to be on one channel and the pistons on another.

Each block connector has 16 channel options.
Cycle the connections by clicking the base of the connector with the wrench in hand.

Gotham S3 - 90%

Good season over all. 

I hated that they gave penguin a love interest... 

Poison Ivy was a well played character.

Good development on relationship between Selina and Bruce. 

Several surprise deaths at the ending episode.

I liked what they did to Barns and how the virus was such a central part of the story.

I felt that this season wasn't quite as good as previous seasons but it is still my favorite superhero show compared to Arrow, Flash, Ledgends etc.

Why does Lee always run off?... The ending of this season was the same as the last in that way.. 

Blacklist S4 - 90%

Still a great series. I had hoped that this was the last season...

They did finally answer the question... Who's Your Daddy?
As if it hadn't already been said 50 times... Big surprise.

The story is great but a little dragged out.
Revealed Mr. Kaplan's back story and how it all worked back around to Liz.
Good conclusion to most of that.

I am not interested in watching Blacklist Redemption...

Saturn V Lego 21309 - 100%

Fantastic Build!
I thought building a long cylinder would be boring but it wasn't!
The best part was no stickers! The bricks were printed!

Get Out - 65%

A lot of needless profanity.

Thought it was going to be a comedy but it wasn't.
Thought it was going to be a horror but it wasn't.

I am not really sure what it was...

A bit about racial tensions.
A bit about killing...

I didn't really care for it..
