This was a disappointment. S1 was entertaining... This was not.
S2 Episode 2: "The Boo" was the best. Then it rapidly fell apart.
The entire introduction of Phil's brother was a bad plot point.
Most every episode is centered around masturbation and stupidity.
When I score something below 50% that means I wish I had not wasted my life watching it.
