Been a long time since the 3rd season...
Another slow start with a sided story that attempted to develop Diane and King but was mostly boring.
They didn't really do anything with the power boost that Diane and King got from it.
Gowther and the heart side story was pointless.
Still huge power gaps but less so than season 3.
S4 is just a setup for S5...
